By accessing this website or using Kiom Studio Suite services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services Provided
Kiom Studio Suite provides bookkeeping, invoicing support, payment tracking, digital filing, and financial organization services for DJs and entertainment professionals.
We do not provide tax filing, tax preparation, legal, or financial advisory services.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Submit documents in a timely manner
• Maintain access to required platforms
• Review reports and communications promptly
• Remain responsible for business decisions
3. Payments & Fees
• Fees are disclosed prior to service activation
• Retainers are required before work begins
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• Setup, cleanup, and special projects may incur additional fees
4. Scheduling & Cancellations
• Consultations must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance
• Missed appointments may be forfeited
• Rescheduling is subject to availability
5. Confidentiality
All client information is treated as confidential and handled according to our Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
Kiom Studio Suite is not responsible for:
• Business losses
• Missed opportunities
• Client errors
• Third-party platform failures
• Incomplete information provided by clients
Our liability is limited to fees paid for services rendered.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice, subject to contract terms.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use indicates acceptance.
